Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

1.1. We do not ship physical goods. All services and deliverables — audits, reports, designs, websites and campaign work — are delivered digitally.

2. How deliverables are shared

2.1. Deliverables are shared by email, through shared folders, or directly in your accounts (for example Google Ads, Google Analytics or your website CMS).

3. Delivery timelines

3.1. Typical timelines are:

• free audit — within 3 working days;
• paid audits and roadmaps — within 10 working days;
• monthly services — start within 5 working days of payment and onboarding;
• websites — as agreed in the proposal, usually 4–8 weeks.

4. Delays

4.1. Timelines depend on timely access, content and approvals from you. If we expect a delay on our side, we will tell you in advance with a new date.

5. Confirmation

5.1. You receive an email confirmation after each payment, and a summary email when each deliverable is shared.
